The ground floor has a big bedroom with 4 single beds and TV,a second big bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed for 4 people,a bathroom,a wc toilet,a sauna,a laundry room with washing and drying machine.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and bathroom, WC, and balconies facing south and the mountains. A third bedroom with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with two  beds for 2 people with spacious bathroom for these two bedrooms. Finally,  another guest WC.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor, a spacious 70 m2 area under a wooden roof structure with light flooding in, consists of a fully equipped kitchen with worktop and bar, a living room with fireplace, four sofas, a large screen satellite tv and a dvd player, a dining-room with large table, and a big balcony with outdoor living area featuring a magnificent view of the mountains, the Sixt-Fer- à Cheval valley, and the village of Samoens and its skiing area.
